What is the shipping policy?
We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and standard delivery generally takes another 3–5 business days after shipment. Shipping options and costs appear at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions. We do not offer direct exchanges.
To request a return, sign in to your customer account, open the order, and select Request return. We’ll review your request and email you the next steps. For approved size, fit, preference, or other change-of-mind returns, we provide a return label and deduct a $5.95 return-shipping fee per return from the refund.
If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, request a return through your account within 7 days of delivery. For damage or defects, email photos to sales@centershot.org with your order number and the email address used on the order. If the account’s return option is unavailable, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?
Online checkout is available for U.S. addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us. We can review available shipping options and costs, but international shipping isn’t guaranteed.
